Enertube and Ultratube Liner Only

Special handling practices should be followed when installing in temperatures below 32˚ F / O˚ C .

Torque Procedure

Minimum API Torque as listed in dimension chart.

No Rod Guides

It is not necessary, nor recommended to use rod guides. Certain rod guides can damage the liner.

Pumps, rods, downhole tools and accessories

API Top Lock Pump Cup Hole Down

On/off Tools, round the edges to eliminate sharp edge shaving.

Inspect pumps, rod string, and downhole equipment for corrosion pitting, sharp edges, and/or raised metal (as in wrench marks) and replace or file repair.

Sharp edges and corroded boxes can shave the poly jeopardizing its integrity.

Drift

Recommend drifting after torque to ensure that the integrity of the ID has not been compromised. Inspect drift for obvious burrs or sharp edges and remove as needed.

Drift dimensions are listed in the dimension chart.

Standing Tubing

Pin protectors required when standing strings back on rig floor. This will protect the tubing threads as well as the face anchor on the liner.

Hot Oil or Water Flush

Do not exceed the temperature limitations of the poly being used.
